1. Processing of Personal Data – Online Offerings
1.1 Categories of Data: Contact information (name, business address, phone, email), organizational information (position, company), other data you provide (forms, support requests, comments), technical data (device ID, OS, accessed pages, timestamp).
1.2 Purpose & Legal Basis: Provision and maintenance of our websites, applications and services; user authentication; customer support; payment processing; fraud prevention; communication about products and surveys. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b),(f) GDPR, § 25 TTDSG (where applicable).
1.3 Recipients & Transfers: Subsidiaries, IT and hosting providers, payment processors. EU–US transfers under Standard Contractual Clauses.

3.2 Purpose & Legal Basis: Contract negotiation and performance; order processing; maintenance; business profiling; market analyses; marketing (Art. 6 (1)(b),(f) GDPR).
4. Direct Marketing & Surveys
4.1 We may use your contact data for newsletters, event invitations and surveys. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a),(f) GDPR.

5.1 Applicant data is processed according to our recruiting portal’s Privacy Policy. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b),(f), Art. 9 (2)(b) GDPR.

We share data with group companies, service providers (IT, hosting, payments), transaction partners, legal advisors and authorities when required by law.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax laws).
